"What if I can't afford therapy?"

We offer sliding scale fees when therapist availability allows. Don't let cost keep you from getting the support you need - let's talk about what might work for your situation.

"How quickly can I get in?"

Usually within 24-48 hours. If you're flexible about which therapist you see or which location, we can often get you in as soon as tomorrow.

"What if I'm too broken/damaged for therapy to help?"

There's no story too complex, too painful, or too "broken" for healing. We've walked through the darkest places with people, and we're not afraid of yours.

"What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't help?”

We specialize in clients other therapists refer to us. Sometimes it's about finding the right approach, the right person, or the right time to go deeper. We'd love to explore what might work better for you.

Is this confidential?"

Absolutely. Everything you share is protected by confidentiality laws. We'll explain exactly how this works in your first session.

"I'm not sure what kind of therapy I need."

 Perfect! Most people don't know where to start. Our office manager specializes in helping you figure out what type of support would be most helpful based on your specific situation.

"Do you take my insurance?"

We don't take insurance directly, but we provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients get 50-80% covered. We'll help you understand your benefits.
