Embrace the journey of self-discovery and growth. Together, we can navigate the path towards a brighter tomorrow. I am a dedicated intern counselor committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth.

Currently, I am pursuing my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis on Trauma. My clinical training includes an internship focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and mindfulness practices. I approach counseling with empathy and cultural sensitivity, honoring each client's unique experiences and backgrounds. Additionally, I have 5 years of experience in substance use disorder and 10 years working with children.

Outside of counseling, I find joy in spending time with my family, including my two energetic dogs, Milo and Minnie. I believe in the power of self-care and enjoy activities like hiking, reading, and yoga. These hobbies not only recharge me but also inspire my work as a counselor.
