"Why don't seagulls fly over the bay? ...Because then, they would be called bagels!" Haha! Life can be hard, and it's important to find ways to laugh. It's also vital to consider all areas of health and wellness.

In addition to currently finishing my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, I have a Masters degree in Biblical Leadership and am also an ordained pastor. I hold level 1 and 2 training in EMDR and have experience with neurofeedback and biofeedback therapies. I have over 20 years of experience in counseling/mentoring adolescents, couples, adults and families dealing with all kinds of life experiences.

I am happy to provide spiritual guidance to those who request it, but I also understand not everyone will benefit from that approach. I do my best to create a safe and trusting environment and relationship with clients. I have benefitted from counseling myself and value it immensely. My wife and I have a blended family with four kids (1 from marriage, 1 biological and 2 from foster care/adoption). Hiking the Grand Canyon and relaxing in Rocky Point are two of our favorite things to do.
