It is the greatest privilege to know the thoughts, feelings, and desires of others. My aim as a counselor is to support people on their journeys of finding meaning and wholeness.
Since earning my Master's Degree and counseling license with the state of Arizona, I have worked with individuals, families, couples, and groups. I have experience working with adults, youth, and elementary-aged children. I am trained in EMDR and enjoy helping clients overcome trauma. I also have experience assisting clients with anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, and substance use issues. I often work with clients utilizing CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Serving youth was my focus when I became a counselor but have also greatly enjoyed working with adults. I am motivated by seeing all clients experience self-worth, forgiveness, and connection. For those seeking to incorporate spirituality in their counseling, I am comfortable exploring all faiths with clients and can provide insight specifically from a Christian perspective. In my free time, I am an avid tennis and pickleball player. Hiking and sand volleyball are other outdoor activities I love. I'm keen on table games, cooking, reading, and watching movies when staying in.
