Throughout this 4-week group we will dive into the felt-sense of the education and understanding of what causes us to deregulate, and learn powerful tools that we have within us to regulate and respond to life in a powerful and positive way of healing.

What is emotional regulation? Emotional regulation is training your brain and your body to respond instead of react. You will use the five senses to learn to emotionally regulate. Learning these skills, and tools to respond in positive ways instead of react.
Week 1 - Sight: you will learn tools with your eyes to self regulate
Week 2 - Hear: we will use the sound of healing to learn to self regulate
Week 3 - Touch: We will learn tools of the felt sense( somatic movement) to self regulate
Week 4 - Sent: we will use aroma to heal and self regulate
